The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with woodworking machinery in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience using pneumatic nail guns.
* Previous experience supervising or leading a small production team.
* Good mechanical knowledge and confidence carrying out routine machinery checks.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems and lead by example.
* A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
Desirable
* Experience in pallet manufacturing or the timber industry.
* Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
