Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and upselling where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist with food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Assist the Housekeeping Team keeping laundry tidy/ensuring rooms are prepared for check in time
- Manage guest inquiries efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change using basic math skills
- Maintain a clean, organized front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately
