As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our team and help us build the next chapter of Anchor Conzult.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply another recruitment desk. We're looking for ambitious recruiters who want to build a market, develop client relationships, generate revenue and grow alongside a scaling consultancy.
The Opportunity
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle - from developing new client relationships and generating vacancies through to sourcing candidates, managing processes and successfully closing placements.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your own desk within one of our specialist markets while benefiting from the support, infrastructure and existing relationships of the wider Anchor Conzult team.
We're particularly interested in consultants with experience or strong networks across:
- Fintech & Payments
- Data, AI & Cloud
- Trading & Quant
- Education
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Identifying and developing new client relationships and commercial opportunities
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Developing specialist knowledge and credibility within your chosen market
- Sourcing, engaging and building relationships with high-quality candidates
- Managing candidate interviews, offers and negotiations
- Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Maintaining an organised and consistent approach to business development
- Keeping CRM records and recruitment activity accurate and up to date
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to share opportunities, knowledge and market intelligence
- Contributing ideas and energy to the continued growth of Anchor Conzult
What We're Looking For
We're looking for recruiters who are comfortable taking ownership of their desk and are motivated by both personal and business growth.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience working in a 360 recruitment role
- A proven ability or strong appetite for business development
- Confidence developing new client relationships
- Experience managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Resilience and determination when pursuing new opportunities
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your market
- A collaborative, team-first mentality
- The ambition to develop your career within a growing business
Experience within Fintech, Payments, Data, AI, Cloud, Trading, Quant or Education recruitment would be particularly advantageous.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
