Emm Bee Motorhomes are looking for a highly self-motivated and driven individual to join our award-winning team. The correct candidate must be conscientious and able to manage their own time. They will be responsible for handling warranty claims (some of which are complex). The role is administration based and whilst you will not always be dealing direct with the customer, it is essential that you have the correct personal skills to be able to interact with our team and our customers equally. We are a fast-paced business and it is imperative that this department actions claims quickly so personal organisation is essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements of our customers and the business.
We supply new and used motorhomes and are main dealers for prestigious high-end manufacturers such as Hymer, Burstner and Laika. Each manufacturer uses their own claims system, so the ability to adapt and learn is essential. Training on each of the systems including our dealer management system will be given, but a good level of IT skills is essential as this will involve the majority of your work.
We are now settled into our brand new £3million facility and excited to begin our new chapter but with the continuation of providing exception customer service and support.
Duties include:
Administration of new and used vehicle warranties. Including creating warranty claims, updating customers and completing warranty process’s
Booking in of motorhomes for warranty/service/Habitational work into our workshop diary.
Identification and ordering of relevant parts required for vehicles currently/ or due into our workshop.
Liaising and organisation of work and transport for vehicles requiring work of third party suppliers.
Regularly liaising between workshop and customers to obtain progress updates and advising customers accordingly.
Assisting in the time Management of workshop, ensuring vehicles are allocated the correct number of hours to complete necessary works and that those jobs do not over run.
Accurate System Input of claims for warranty items using each manufacturers system.
Follow up of claims for warranty items
Assisting with managing the arrival and checking of all warranty parts to ensure are correct and without damage
Following up bookings for customer vehicle services
Meet and greet Service and Aftersales customers
Willing to go that extra mile for our customers
Skills:
The candidate must be an effective communicator to both internal and external customers.
They will be customer facing and so must be presentable and have the ability to handle problems in a professional manner.
You will have many cases at any time, so the ability to prioritise and organise your workload is essential
Must be able to work well as part of a team, yet be self-motivated to complete individual task’s successfully.
IT skills are essential, training of our systems will be provided.
Hours:
Total 37.5 hours per week.
Monday – Friday 9-5
