Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-orientated Payroll Administrator to join our accounts team to cover maternity leave. The role would require the candidate to work 2 days maximum per week, preferably Tuesday and Wednesday.
Duties
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll of 125 employees .
- Handle accounts payable related to payroll
- Other various office administrative duties
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator and in the use of time and attendance systems
- Understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments
- Preferably have experience in Sage 50 payroll
Pay: £14.00-£14.50 per hour
