Debut Studios is looking for a well-connected, ambitious PR & Partnerships Lead to help drive collaborations, brand relationships, events, and creative opportunities for the studio.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to position a brand culturally and commercially. Someone with strong industry connections who can help put Debut Studios in front of the right people, brands, campaigns, and opportunities.
This role is less traditional PR and more focused on creative partnerships, visibility, collaborations, and exciting brand moments.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with brands, agencies, creatives, and industry contacts
- Pitching collaboration opportunities and partnership ideas
- Identifying opportunities for brand campaigns, events, and press exposure
- Assisting with creative events, launches, and activations
- Helping position Debut Studios within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and creative spaces
- Bringing proactive ideas for collaborations and growth opportunities
- Supporting influencer, celebrity, and brand outreach
What we’re looking for:
- Strong network within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, events, or creative industries
- Experience in PR, partnerships, talent relations, brand collaborations, or events
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Highly proactive and opportunity-focused mindset
- Someone creative, ambitious, and culturally aware
- Ability to work independently and bring opportunities to the table
