We’re looking for someone who enjoys looking after people, can have a laugh with the regulars, and isn’t afraid of a busy service. Experience is great, but personality, work ethic, and a positive attitude are what matter most to us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and making them feel at home
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving great food, pints, cocktails, wines, and coffees
- Keeping the pub and restaurant looking its best
- Helping create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
- Working alongside the kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service
- Cash handling and using the till system
- Pitching in wherever needed—because that’s what good teams do
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with people
- A genuine love for pubs, restaurants, and hospitality
- Someone who works hard and stays positive when it gets busy
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player with a good sense of humour
- Previous experience is welcome but not essential—we can teach the rest
