Business Support Manager Penzance, Cornwall THE ROLE: This role will provide operational, commercial and administrative support to the Farms Director and wider management team, ensuring the integrity of business data, reporting systems and commercial costings. Working closely with the Directors and wider management team, you will manage ERP data, produce accurate reporting and provide commercial insight to support decision-making, improve operational performance and ensure the smooth running of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide operational and administrative support to the Farms Director and management team. Manage product costings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy. Produce weekly and monthly reports on sales, costs, waste, KPIs and operational performance. Analyse business data, identify trends and report on KPI variances. Support commercial decision-making through costing, margin and supplier analysis. Monitor capital projects, customer costings, debit notes and credit requests. Maintain accurate ERP data, sales account information and trading terms. Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure accurate business reporting. Prepare reports and insights for management meetings. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and operational efficiency. Maintain confidentiality and support compliance with Health & Safety, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and company policies. Support the wider business during peak periods and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
