We are looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals to order, following recipes, and ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards. The Grill Cook must also be able to work well with other kitchen staff, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to recipes and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Monitor food quality and quantity to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Follow safety procedures when handling hot items.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
