The Role
As one of our Class 2 Drivers, you'll be responsible for delivering palletised goods safely and efficiently to customers across the region.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Completing multi-drop deliveries of palletised goods.
- Loading and unloading deliveries where required.
- Ensuring all delivery paperwork and customer signatures are completed accurately.
- Using a PDA/handheld device to record deliveries.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects promptly.
- Keeping your vehicle clean and roadworthy.
- Following planned delivery routes while maintaining communication with the transport office.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stop.
- Working safely and in accordance with all driving regulations and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence, held for a minimum of 2 years.
- Driver CPC up to date
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience (preferred).
- The right to work in the UK.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of the local area.
- A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- A good level of physical fitness, as some deliveries involve manual handling.
- To live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Enfield depot.

- Competitive salary £17.00 per hour. Annual target earnings £41,000+
- Overtime available at a rate of £21.25
- Enhanced Saturday overtime rate of £25.50
