Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared accurately and served promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible serving policies.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and condiments.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Follow health and safety regulations related to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to bar operations.
- Proven ability in serving customers efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy hours.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
