Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present English Breakfast’s and other items on our menu
- Oversee food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Coordinate food production schedules to meet customer demand efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste while maintaining quality
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality, engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting
- Strong background in food production, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Extensive experience in food preparation, culinary techniques, and cafe service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to commercial kitchens
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and interact with customers effectively
- Previous restaurant or cafe experience is highly desirable; serving experience is a plus
