Supervisor – The White House, Inverness
Pay: Up to £13.75 per hour (depending on experience)

The White House in Inverness is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Supervisor to join our management team. We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
About the Role
As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, including:
- Leading and motivating the team during busy service periods.
- Running shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supporting the management team to maintain high standards throughout the venue.
- Working across both bar and floor operations.
- Opening and closing the business.
- Helping train, coach and develop team members.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who are already Supervisors, as well as ambitious hospitality professionals looking to take the next step into management.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Bar knowledge and cocktail experience (preferred).
- Experience leading a team or the confidence to step into a leadership role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
