Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting clothing and accessories that complement their personal style, body shape, and occasion.
- Offer personalised styling advice tailored to individual preferences and current trends.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing retail environment through merchandising and stock management.
- Upsell products effectively by understanding client needs and promoting relevant items.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and attentive service.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, brands, and industry developments.
- Manage appointments and client follow-ups efficiently using organisational skills and time management.
- Support the team in visual displays, promotional events, and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills such as Spanish or other languages are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients confidently.
- Experience or knowledge in merchandising, fashion styling, or retail sales is preferred.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Effective time management to ensure punctuality and meet client appointments.
- Phone etiquette skills to communicate professionally with clients over calls.
- Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating initiative independently.
- Multilingual or bilingual candidates will have a distinct advantage in serving diverse clientele.

Pay: £24,420.00-£53,804.36 per year
