Overview:
We are seeking Experienced and dedicated Roof Cleaners/ Roofers to join our Team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and committed to Team Work and a Safe environment for all. 90% of the work would be manually removing moss from roofs with brushes and trowels working from roofing ladders, this can also include roof and gutter repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Job Reports
- Keep the Area Manager Informed
- Keep the Office Informed
- Keep Yourself, Your Team Mates and the Public Safe
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- 25years +
- Previous Experience in roofing, external cleaning, general building would be ideal
- Proficient in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and Clients
- A FULL DRIVING LICENCE
- An iphone and sufficient data to use with the company software (not supplied)
- Safety foot wear is required (not supplied)
- Reliable and Good Time keeping
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit and weigh under 12 stone / 76 kg
- Must be comfortable working at height from ladders/ roofing ladders
- Experience working with safety harnesses would be ideal (training can be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £120.00-£140.00 per day
