This role will maintain and clean all JCDecaux Assets covering APC / Rail / Retail / Roadside and Street Furniture environments.

We are looking for a proactive, reliable and safety-focused team member to help maintain, clean and support JCDecaux assets across APC, Rail, Retail, Roadside and Street Furniture environments. This varied role combines field-based maintenance with depot and stores responsibilities, helping ensure our assets, stock processes and operational workflows run smoothly every day.

Depot responsibilities
You will carry out daily maintenance across Small Format Operations, APC, bus shelters, supermarkets, malls and rail environments, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Visit sites as required to maintain, clean and support JCDecaux assets.

Promptly and accurately report any damage, hazards or faults using the correct procedures and systems.

Ensure the vehicle is properly stocked with the tools and equipment needed for assigned tasks and is kept in good working order.

Deliver a consistently high standard of work on every asset attended.

Use POD accurately to record completed work and report faults.

Coordinate daily warehouse activity across inbound, outbound and stock movements.

Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in warehouse systems, such as SAP or WMS.

Support the resolution of operational issues to keep workflows running efficiently.

Act as a key user of warehouse systems, helping maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Produce reports and track key performance metrics, including stock accuracy and productivity.

Analyse data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.

Support improvements to warehouse processes, efficiency and accuracy.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.

Work collaboratively with teams across Operations, Purchasing and Fleet.

Work to agreed SLAs and defined quality standards.

Work within safe systems of work.

Follow Health & Safety guidelines, ensuring any accidents, hazards or near misses are reported immediately.

Ensure all operational practices comply with current Health & Safety regulations.

Be comfortable with high-level working, including working at height within safety guidelines.

Ensure the correct issued PPE is worn when necessary.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of the industry and JCDecaux’s operational standards.

Work confidently across a range of operational and warehouse systems.

Follow stores booking-in, booking-out and stock management procedures accurately which includes weekly stock checks/counts

Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle, ensuring all relevant documentation is updated and stored safely.

Complete daily worksheets and required paperwork accurately and on time.

Experience
-
At least two years’ relevant experience in troubleshooting, ideally within field repair of electromechanical systems and equipment.

Basic electrical or pneumatic understanding and competency.
Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.A forklift licence is essential.
This is drug and alcohol controlled environment with regular and periodic testing undertaken.
