Legal Team Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Legal Team Coordinator to provide essential business support to our Legal team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This is a varied role supporting legal operations, company governance, privacy activities, project coordination, and executive administration. (Please note: this is not a Paralegal position.)
What You’ll Do

Support the Legal team with governance, compliance and company secretarial administration

Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking

Manage legal inboxes, contract databases and document workflows

Support privacy activities, including maintaining registers and coordinating meetings
-
Assist with board packs, corporate filings and legal reporting

Format, proofread and manage legal documents and presentations
-
Coordinate travel, training, invoicing and departmental administration

Support legal projects, newsletters and intranet content

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent attention to detail and document formatting skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience handling confidential information

Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
Desirable:

Experience supporting an in-house Legal team

Legal Secretary or Executive Assistant experience
-
Knowledge of DocuSign, Diligent Entities or SAP finance processes
