As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a hands-on, adaptable, and energetic Multi-Site Duty Manager to join our operations team.
Overview:
As a Multi-Site Duty Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of our venues across Leeds and Halifax. You will split your time across our growing collection of properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, impeccable guest service, and adherence to company standards.
This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role that requires flexibility, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel between apartments and countryside retreats with ease.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations across designated properties, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained
- Lead check-in/check-out processes, handle VIP arrivals, and manage guest feedback or escalations swiftly and professionally.
- Maintain seamless communication between all teams across multiple sites.
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations in collaboration with human resources
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Manage operational issues as they arise, including resolving conflicts and making swift decisions to maintain service quality
- Assist in organising events or special functions as required
- Maintain effective communication between departments to optimise overall performance
- Support the development of staff through coaching and training initiatives
Experience:
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry is essential
- Demonstrable leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively
- Experience in guest services or customer relations roles preferred
- Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to staff management and development
- Familiarity with hospitality operations, standards, and procedures is desirable
- Previous experience in hotel management or similar roles will be considered an asset
Requirements:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle are mandatory, as this role involves regular travel between locations in Leeds and Halifax.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
