Baker –
Lurgan
Monday–Friday | Night Shift 9pm - 6am
Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Lurgan, who are expanding their team and are looking for a Baker to join their production team.
Job Purpose
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, focused on delivering high-quality traditional breads using hot plate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce traditional breads including soda farls, potato bread, and pancakes
- Operate and manage hot plate production efficiently
- Scale, mould, and shape dough to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, quality, and food safety standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bakery or bread production role
- Good understanding of dough handling and baking processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality food
