Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for your next challenge with a highly regarded care provider? We are supporting the appointment of an ambitious and passionate leader to take responsibility for a well-established nursing home in Keighley.
As Nursing Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, providing strong leadership across care, clinical governance, compliance, staffing, and commercial performance. You will work closely with your team to maintain excellent standards, support continuous improvement, and create a positive culture for both residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the home’s management team and wider care team
- Maintain outstanding standards of care, ensuring resident wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do
- Oversee regulatory compliance and prepare the home for inspections
- Drive occupancy, reputation, and relationships within the local community
- Manage budgets, resources, staffing, and operational performance
- Develop and mentor colleagues to support a high-performing culture
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager with a strong background in nursing care environments. You will be a confident leader with a proven track record of managing teams, improving services, and delivering excellent outcomes for residents.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a nursing home or complex care service
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
- A passion for delivering person-centred care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A proven ability to drive improvements and deliver results
