Wellington Farm Shop – Kitchen Porter
The Wellington Farm Shop is part of the Duke of Wellington's historic estate at Stratfield Saye on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Launched in 2005, the Farm Shop and Café offer estate grown meats, local produce and homecooked foods.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and hardworking individual to join our Farm Shop kitchen and café team.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
· Receiving & organising deliveries
· Maintain the inventory of kitchen supplies and inform the management team when items are low in stock
· Ensuring waste is correctly disposed of and recycle where possible
· Dish washing
· Basic food prep assistance
· Ability to work at speed whilst ensuring a safe & hygienic environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working within a close-knit team
- Good communication skills
- The ability to follow excellent kitchen hygiene practices
- The ability to work in a busy environment
- The right to work in the UK, and checkable references

The position offers:

You must be eligible to work in the UK & have a good level of English.

Hours: 8am – 4.30pm - 40 hours per week
