Overview
We are looking to hire a reliable, friendly and experienced maintenance / handy / women who is able to do a variety of works across minor plumbing, minor electrics, general maintenance and ideally able to decorate.
As a company, we work in the letting market and complete 50-100 jobs across all type of maintenance and decorating each week.
Every day can be different, it can be one job for the day of 5-6 smaller jobs for the day.
Being able to drive is necessity, as you will be in a company vehicle and have company provided tools.
We have a solid team of 6 currently and are really looking for someone to come in, who works well in a team and can just get on with the jobs :)
Added benefits if you can tile, fit shower screens etc
Responsibilities
- Daily vehicle checks
- Logging all works completed
- Collecting materials for the day
- Dropping other team members off or helping on joint jobs.
Experience
- Must have at least 3 years experience in handy man works and ideally a couple years in prep / decorating.
- Must have ability to drive
Pay: £18.00-£22.00 per hour
