New Witheven is a 10 bed residential home looking for a senior support worker. This roles requires working with adults with learning disabilities.
"We work in their home, they don't live in our workplace".
We are looking for 30 to 35 hours per week. Being able to commit to every other weekend is essential. Also having flexibility to work day or evening shifts is a must.
Our normal shift patterns are 7:30-3:30pm or 1:30/3:30-10:30pm. We would expect a senior support worker to complete disturbed sleep-in shifts which are paid at £124.75 per night 10:30pm-07:30am. This would be discussed in interview.
Minimum of Level 2 NVQ health and social care expected for senior role, but Level 3 would be preferable.
Weekday rate is £14.36
Weekend rate is £16.36
Contracted hours offered.
Annual leave is 5.6 weeks.
Must be car driver due to location, 9 miles outside of Bude.
DBS is essential and will be supplied.
