New College Durham is seeking an experienced and inspirational Enhanced Learning Manager to join our Quality & Enhanced Learning team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding education professional with a passion for teaching excellence, quality improvement and staff development. Working closely with the Assistant Principal Quality & Enhanced Learning, you will play a key strategic role in driving high standards of teaching, learning and assessment across the College.
As Enhanced Learning Manager, you will lead and co-ordinate innovative approaches to quality enhancement, staff development and teaching excellence. You will support managers in evaluating and improving practice, and ensure that outstanding learning experiences are delivered to all students.
