Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bank Staff to join our WRAP Nursery team. This flexible role offers opportunities to support our nursery operations on an as-needed basis, ensuring children receive high-quality care and engaging activities. Responsibilities
- Assist with supervising children in the nursery, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support daily activities, including playtime, educational tasks, and mealtimes
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment in line with health and safety standards
- Engage children with creative, fun, and educational interactions to promote development
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent care and support for children’s needs
- Follow nursery policies and procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment
Requirements
- Experience in childcare, teaching, nannying or similar roles preferred
- Passionate about working with children and committed to their development
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts based on nursery needs
- Relevant certifications or training in childcare or early years education are desirable but not mandatory

Staff must maintain professional boundaries and report any concerns about a child's welfare promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead. All successful applicants will be required to complete an DBS check and provide satisfactory references.
