Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions using liquid & powder, hard gel & BIAB and specialised treatments such as gel nails and nail art. Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with health regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk and handle walk-in clients seamlessly
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, deep tissue massages, or makeup application to enhance client experience
- Assist with social media management by creating engaging content to promote the salon’s services and special offers
- Support management with organisational tasks and contribute to a positive team environment
- Offer guest services that reflect professionalism and hospitality at all times
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty or spa environment
- Knowledge of current trends in nail art, colour techniques, and product application
- Experience with eyelash extensions, lash lift, brow lamination, facial waxing, threading other specialised beauty treatments is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
- Previous experience in management or social media management is advantageous for promotional activities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
