The Role
We’re looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of the ongoing engineering management of our Kraken platforms.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products remain stable, compliant, and continuously improving post-deployment. Acting as the central point for product-related changes and queries, you’ll balance operational needs, engineering priorities, and customer outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the product backlog, including enhancements, fixes, and customer-driven changes
- Oversee engineering change requests (ECR), ensuring changes are assessed, prioritised, and delivered effectively
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to implement and track changes
- Ensure all changes are verified, validated, and documented before release
- Support certification and compliance activities, including updates to safety documentation
- Troubleshoot complex issues and support ongoing platform performance
- Maintain accurate product documentation and configuration control

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Product Ownership, Engineering, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of change management and configuration control
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments (advantageous)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fareham, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
