Caremark are looking to recruit a Children’s Support Worker to work in Sheffield or Rotherham with clients on waking nights.
At Caremark (Sheffield & Rotherham) we support Children and young adults adults to live an independent and full lifestyle.
The role involves supporting individuals with their daily living activities such as:
- Personal care
- Nutrition & hydration requirements (specialised feeding techniques)
- Tracheostomy care
- Medication administration
- Companionship
