We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter & Cleaner to join our team at Moorings Fort William. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and public areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all kitchen areas are clean and organized.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain hygiene standards.
- Support chefs by delivering ingredients and supplies as needed during service.
- Help with the storage of food items and ensure proper labeling and rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors and surfaces.
- Help the Housekeeping team in cleaning the public areas when needed.
