Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our successful Frank Innes residential lettings team in Bingham on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll help people find their next home while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the lettings journey.
Your role will include:
- Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets
- Progressing tenancies through to move-in
- Supporting branch growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships

Skills and Experience We're Looking For
To be successful as a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Ideally have previous experience within lettings, estate agency or a customer-facing sales role
- Be motivated by delivering outstanding customer service and achieving results
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Be organised, proactive and confident working in a target-driven environment
- Be IT literate and comfortable using technology
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
