Kitchen Team Member — Black Isle Berries
Black Isle Berries is looking for someone to join our kitchen team!
In this hands-on role, you'll be a vital part of preparing and serving our range of takeaway food, as part of a small, supportive team where everyone chips in — from serving customers to washing up.
The role will involve:
- Assisting with basic food preparation
- Keeping cooking and cleaning records up to date
- Helping make our fabulous cakes and bakes
- Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
- Helping look after our lovely community of customers
About you:
We'd love to hear from you whether you're a beginner keen to learn, an experienced cook looking for a friendly environment, or someone interested in helping run the kitchen day-to-day. Full training will be provided, but prior cooking experience is a definite advantage. What matters most is a genuine love of good food and an eagerness to learn. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
The details:
- Permanent position, 3–4 days a week
- Weekend work likely, with 8am starts to get the kitchen ready for the day
