Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Architect to lead architectural projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design with a technical focus. Duties
- ARB/RIBA Architect min 5+ years post Part III UK experience
- Lead and coordinate architectural design processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams through negotiation and effective communication to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently using project management tools.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to design intent.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional development.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite for presentation visualisations and conceptual development.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Architect or Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years post part III UK experience.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of planning applications, construction processes, building regulations, and technical detailing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initial concept through construction.
- Experience in negotiation with clients and contractors to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools for effective delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: £42,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
