RJ Collectibles Ltd, trading as JoJo Bargains, is a rapidly growing e-commerce and live-selling business. We sell thousands of products through platforms including Whatnot and are expanding into TikTok Shop, eBay, and Amazon FBA.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organised Fulfilment & Operations Team Member to join our team.
This is much more than a packing role. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being organised, and wants to become a key part of a growing business.
The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and professionally.
You will help manage stock, improve warehouse organisation, and support the smooth day-to-day running of our fulfilment operation.
Your Responsibilities
* Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders to an exceptionally high standard
* Maintaining fast fulfilment times while ensuring accuracy
* Managing and organising inventory
* Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
* Assisting with stock counts and stock control
* Keeping warehouse and storage areas organised and efficient
* Identifying ways to improve fulfilment processes
* Processing customer returns when required
* Supporting the wider team with operational tasks
* Helping prepare products and stock for live-selling events
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, or packing experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Desirable Skills
* Experience with inventory management systems
* Experience in e-commerce fulfilment
* Experience working with eBay, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms
* Basic computer skills and confidence using software systems
* Experience working within a growing business environment
* Confidence presenting on camera and interacting with customers during live streams
Additional Opportunity
As JoJo Bargains continues to grow, there may be opportunities to become involved directly in our live-selling broadcasts.
While this is not a requirement of the role, candidates who are comfortable appearing on camera, assisting presenters, showcasing products, interacting with customers, or helping during live events will have a significant advantage.
