At La Petite Ecole Nursery, we are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Baby Room Team Leader.
About the role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our baby room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and safety for our youngest children, while supporting and leading your team.
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
Experience working in a baby room
Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience (desirable)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS
A warm, positive and team-focused attitude
