Together Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Resourcer to join our recruitment team in Watford on a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to April 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment and is passionate about finding great people to join our growing dental group.
About the role
As a Resourcer, you’ll support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting and engaging talented candidates across our dental practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
Screening and engaging with prospective candidates
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
Supporting recruitment across the Together Dental group
Arranging interviews and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data
Providing an excellent candidate experience
Supporting the wider recruitment team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
Organised, proactive and motivated
Confident communicating with candidates and colleagues
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
A great team player with excellent attention to detail
Naturally confident and able to build strong relationships
Passionate about finding the right people for the right roles
Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is desirable, but transferable experience and the right attitude are equally important
