Salary : [GBP 29,000 – 34,000]
Working hours : 4 days on and 3 days off (16:00pm – 00:00am (2 days) / 19:00pm – 7:00am (2 days)

What You’ll Do:
· Lead and inspire a team of [Out of Hours Reservations Agents] to hit targets and achieve goals.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work culture where all feels valued.
· Provide coaching and development opportunities to your team members.
· Stay on top of team performance, ensuring productivity, efficiency and work/life balances are met.
· Work closely with peers to streamline processes and improve internal workflows.
· Be a go-to person for problem-solving and team support.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven leadership experience (team lead, supervisor, etc.).
· Strong communication and people skills.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
· A solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
· Previous experience in [aviation, logistics, hospitality] is a distinct plus!
· Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
