As a Fleet Administrator you’ll provide administrative support for the In-House Repairs Service vehicle fleet. Acting as the central point of contact for fleet-related tasks, the role ensures that our trade teams have access to safe, compliant, and fully operational vehicles to deliver essential services to our customers.
You'll be someone who takes ownership of your work, enjoys managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines, and can build strong working relationships with a wide range of colleagues, and external partners. Whether coordinating vehicle maintenance, monitoring compliance requirements, or supporting our drivers, you'll approach challenges with a positive, solution-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will need to be confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office and fleet management or database systems to monitor performance and identify trends to support informed decision making.
You’ll have proven experience in either fleet administration, fleet management, transport, facilities, or asset management. Experience within a housing association, local authority, or public sector environment along with an understanding of fleet compliance and vehicle legislation would be a bonus.
