The Bush Tavern is looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team as we launch an exciting new in-house food concept.
Located in the heart of Shepherd's Bush, we're a lively 90-seat pub with a fantastic team, a fully fitted kitchen, and ambitious plans for the future. After working with a successful kitchen residency since opening, we're bringing food in-house and building a kitchen team that shares our passion for simple, delicious food done properly.
Our menu will be small, focused, and packed with flavour.
At its heart will be an exceptional burger, supported by a selection of bar snacks and sharing plates including gildas, croquettes, seasonal salads, and other pub snacks designed to pair perfectly with a great pint.
We're not trying to do everything. We're aiming to do a few things exceptionally well.
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality food and help establish the new menu.
You'll take ownership of your section, maintain high standards of preparation and service, and contribute to a positive, hardworking kitchen culture.
