What you'll do
- Build and grow long-term partnerships with major restaurant chains by understanding their unique business needs and aligning them with Uber's value proposition.
- Navigate the complexity of enterprise-level negotiations, securing sustainable economics for both our partners and Uber while managing internal and external pressure points.
- Manage high-value pipelines with urgency and discipline, adapting your strategy to handle long-term trust-building and fast-closing opportunities alike.
- Collaborate across operations, marketing, and legal teams to shape proposals, unblock implementation hurdles, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.
- Use data-driven insights and market expertise to influence senior C-suite stakeholders and resolve objections in a competitive and constantly evolving landscape.
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to contract execution and successful activation.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or mid-sized sales, specifically managing high-value, complex partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional fluency in the primary language of the region and english proficiency
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deal cycles and building trust with C-suite leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep domain knowledge in the technology, restaurant, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
- Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to translate customer pain points into actionable product or operational feedback.
- Demonstrable resilience and adaptability in high-ambiguity environments where priorities shift rapidly.
Experience in market expansion or city-growth strategies within a fast-paced tech company.
