We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee delivery across multiple water industry projects and workstreams. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while meeting programme deadlines and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across concurrent projects/workstreams

Lead field teams and subcontractors to deliver work safely and efficiently

Plan resources, schedules, and activities to meet delivery targets

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Monitor performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement

Engage with clients, stakeholders, and customers, providing regular updates
Requirements:

Experience in operations or project management within water, utilities, or infrastructure

Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction, Utilities, or Operations Management (desirable, not essential)

Health & Safety certification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH)

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Good understanding of health & safety and regulatory requirements

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
