About the Role
Momentum FM is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our Operations team.
You’ll cover customer sites across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire, including High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Thame, Beaconsfield, Maidenhead and Reading. This is a varied role covering cleaning for holidays, sickness and absences — no two days are the same.
You’ll work both independently and as part of a wider team, helping to maintain high standards and supporting colleagues where needed.
Hours
- 37.5 hours per week (excluding unpaid lunch break)
- Monday to Friday
- Client sites operate between 8am–8pm
- Shifts planned in advance
- Most shifts follow a 12pm–8pm pattern
- Flexibility is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Cover cleaning shifts to maintain service standards
- Visit multiple client sites and build positive working relationships
- Support and mentor new starters and part-time operatives
- Assist with stock deliveries and PPE checks
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed
About You
- Reliable, flexible and hands-on
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
- Friendly, professional and well organised
- Good time management skills
- Cleaning experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel between sites
- Enhanced DBS and right-to-work checks required
- English language required
