The Role
As a core member of our design team, you will lead projects across various sectors. While you'll be involved in all RIBA stages, we are specifically looking for someone who can take the lead on Stage 4-5 (Technical Design), ensuring our creative visions are translated into robust, accurate technical packages.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a UK-based practice.
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record in Preparing detailed RIBA Stage 4-5 technical drawing packages for Building Regulations and construction.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- The "Small Team" Mindset: You are proactive, organized, and happy to wear many hats.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Revit: Experience with Revit is a distinct advantage, though not a strict requirement.
- Qualification: CIAT accreditation (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
