We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Support baristas with drink preparation when required, ensuring quality standards are met
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
- Experience in restaurant service or barista roles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required
- A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills
- Personable nature with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
