Role Overview
Coordinate construction planning activities and support efficient project execution from pre-construction through completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6 to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to align schedules and optimise resource utilisation.
- Utilise Civil 3D for site layout planning, grading design, and topographical analysis to support construction activities.
- Monitor progress on-site, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure clarity of project objectives and timelines.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and documentation for project meetings and audits.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills, prioritising urgent matters without compromising quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction planning and site coordination within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential for scheduling and programme management.
- Experience with Civil 3D for site design and topographical analysis is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through strong organisational skills.
- Previous exposure to large-scale construction projects will be advantageous.
- A solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and industry best practices is preferred.
