As one of the largest CSUs within the Trust, Abdominal Medicine and Surgery offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are seeking a Business Manager to join our close-knit team of ambitious and enthusiastic clinicians and managers, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care and drive service excellence. The successful candidate will actively engage with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams, providing visible and effective leadership.
This role will play a key part in developing services to meet the evolving needs of our patients, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The post holder will be confident in constructively challenging colleagues where appropriate, demonstrating sound judgement and professionalism. A flexible and proactive approach is essential, along with the ability to respond effectively to challenges and resolve problems within a dynamic healthcare environment.
