We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our supported living services across Oxfordshire. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs, helping them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Please Note: Due to the specific care needs of the individuals we support, female Support Workers are preferred for our services in Didcot (OX11), Kidlington (OX5), Bicester (OX26), and Wallingford (OX10). This preference is applied where it is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and accessing the community.
- Administer medication safely and accurately in accordance with company policies.
- Provide specialist support, including PEG feeding, buccal medication administration, catheter care, epilepsy management, and dysphagia support where required.
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies to promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in health or wellbeing.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, or Mental Health needs.
- Training in:
- PEG Feeding
- Buccal Medication Administration
- Medication Management
- Epilepsy Awareness
- Dysphagia Awareness
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Mandatory Training
- Catheter Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,137.31 per year
