22 Clifton is looking for a Bartender & Team Member to join our small, dedicated team in one of Clifton Village’s most unique and intimate venues.
Located in a beautifully restored Georgian cellar on The Mall, 22 Clifton is a boutique Wine Bar, Bottle Shop, and private event space.
We’re known for our carefully curated drinks list, welcoming atmosphere, and high standards of hospitality. As a small, independent venue, we pride ourselves on attention to detail and creating memorable guest experiences.
The Role
We’re seeking a skilled and passionate team member who can both serve customers and craft drinks. Strong wine knowledge and cocktail making skills are essential, along with excellent Front of House service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide outstanding service to guests
- Guide guests through our wine and cocktail offerings
- Recommend and serve wines with confidence, demonstrating knowledge of varieties and regions
- Make classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
- Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for all guests
- Handle busy service efficiently, professionally, and with a smile
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role within a wine bar, cocktail bar, or busy hospitality venue
- Strong wine knowledge and cocktail-making skills
- Ability to serve guests with friendliness, energy, and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining top-tier service
- Team-player mindset and a proactive approach
- Availability for weekends, Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve
