The Conservatory Insulation Company and My Eco Garden Room are expanding, and we’re looking for an exceptional Sales Executive to join our growing team.
This is not a role for an average salesperson. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of selling high-value home improvement projects and the ability to confidently design, advise and close premium installations.

- Luxury Garden Rooms
- SIP Extensions
- Single-Storey Extensions
- Conservatory Rebuilds
- Lightweight Tiled Conservatory Roofs
- Windows & Doors
You’ll receive qualified appointments generated by our marketing team, with the opportunity to earn an excellent income while helping homeowners transform their properties.
What You’ll Be Selling
Our projects typically range from £5,000 to £80,000+, including:
- Luxury bespoke garden rooms
- SIP extensions
- Single-storey extensions
- Conservatory rebuilds
- Lightweight tiled roof replacements
- Premium windows and doors
This is a consultative sales role where you’ll guide customers through the design process before presenting the right solution for their home.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has genuine experience selling premium home improvement products.
Ideally you will have experience selling one or more of the following:
- Garden Rooms
- SIP Extensions
- Home Extensions
- Conservatories
- Windows & Doors
- Orangeries
- High-value building projects
You’ll also be:
- A confident closer with an excellent conversion rate
- Professional and well presented
- Highly organised
- Excellent at managing your own diary
- Great with customers from first appointment through to sale
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Sign would be advantageous
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve customer communication and efficiency
- Full UK Driving Licence essential

- £39,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission worth up to £2,000 per month

Location
Based from our Pudsey, Leeds office with customer appointments across Yorkshire and the North of England.
