The Eco Coffee Company are an independent, family run business based in Dorset with environmental concern at its epicentre, offering a sustainable approach to coffee.
We roast our own coffee, we also supply and service a range of coffee machines.
We require a technician to join our team to install and maintain our coffee machines, as well as assisting with regular customer deliveries.
LOCATION: We are based near Ringwood, and supply and service machines and product across the South.
THE ROLE: You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of our coffee machines, as well as delivering coffee and other products.
An interest and taste for coffee is desirable for you to be able to set up a range machines and achieve the best quality coffee for our customers.
You will be customer facing so need confident to set up and then demonstrate machines, ensuring that all customers are dealt with in a professional manner. You will need to be well organised with paperwork and computer literate.
We will give you coffee barista training and for the right candidate, there will be an opportunity to learn how to roast coffee.
Due to the nature of our customer base, you will need to be available to be on call every other weekend, with overtime paid in the event of a customer call out.
TRAINING: Full training will be given, however practical and technical skills will be required. A general knowledge of plumbing would be beneficial, with the ability to fault find and problem solve.
THE CANDIDATE: You will need to be self-motivated to achieve a high level of productivity. Good time keeping and self-organisation is essential. As the face of the company, you need to be responsible and reliable with good customer service skills.
You need to be confident to not only set up machines for customers, but also give a full demonstration in the use, workings and daily maintenance and cleaning of the machine to the customer.
Vehicle provided. Full driving licence required.
£25,000.00 pa to start, with an opportunity for an increase in salary once proven in the role.
