Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team, providing vital assistance to individuals in various care settings. In this role, you will deliver personalized support to enhance the quality of life for our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Duties
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to foster social interaction and mental stimulation
- Manage behavior challenges with patience and effective behavior management techniques
- Provide specialized care for individuals with LD , Autism and Alzheimer's disease, ensuring a safe environment
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living space
- Drive clients safely to appointments or outings when required, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards
- Document care activities accurately in residents records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience care
- Knowledge of care practices including medication administration, behavior management, and dementia care
- Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate attitude towards residents of all ages.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: £12.71 per hour
